 s in the Arts workshop to encourage better workplace practices and behav
 iours. The workshop covers information on Provincial legislation, defini
 tions of harassment and bullying as well as case studies to navigate the
  complexities of problematic situations. These workshops are not legal n
 or therapy clinics, they are conversations facilitated by experienced cu
 ltural sector leaders. Resources are discussed to help individuals and o
 rganizations towards contributing to better work environments and/or to
