  Place des Arts invite you to a roundtable discussion between technical
  directors, presented as part of EXPO-SCÈNE 2026. --\n\n-- This roundta
 ble is intended for touring and venue technical directors of all experie
 nce levels. --\n\n-- The Challenges of Technical Direction: Technologica
 l Changes, AI, and Recruitment --\n\nTechnical management operates in an
  environment where change is accelerating. Join us for an important disc
 ussion on three major challenges currently facing this discipline:\n\n--
  1. The acceleration of technological change --\n\nInnovation cycles are
  getting shorter. Architectures, tools, and practices are evolving faste
 r than organizations can adapt. The technical director’s role is to an
 ticipate, filter, and prioritize, in order to avoid fragmentation and fo
 cus efforts on truly strategic technologies.\n\n-- 2. The impact of arti
 ficial intelligence --\n\nAI is disrupting development models, required 
 skills, and team expectations. It offers significant productivity gains 
 but also demands clear governance: data quality, security, ethics, and i
 ntegration into existing processes. Technical leadership must become a d
