 \n-- About the panelists --\n\nGrégoire Gagnon\n\nDr. Grégoire Gagnon
  is a manager, pedagogue and musician fostering culture and promoting ar
 ts from the stage to the classroom to the boardroom. Aside from being a 
 lifelong academic and a real-world problem solver, Grégoire is (amongst
  other things) currently the Executive Director of the Cultural Human Re
 sources Council, the President of the Ottawa Guitar Society and in all h
 is roles, he strives to make others thrive. \n\nJanine Oblak\n\nJanine 
 Oblak graduated from Sheridan in 2016 from the Technical Production for 
 Theatre and Live Events program. She has been working in the industry si
 nce 2014 and recently (2023) became a member of IATSE 828. Janine is cur
 rently leading the Visual FX/Props department at Famous PEOPLE Players, 
 where she works with props, paint, wardrobe, and helps to run visual art
  workshops. She also enjoys mentoring her co-op students. Her other pass
 ion is volunteering in health and safety, including participating in cre
 ating ANSI standards through the Entertainment Services and Technology A
 ssociation (ESTA), as CITT/ICTS' Principal Voting Delegate.\n\nMatthew 
 Reicker\n\nMatthew is a graduate of the Ryerson Theatre school performan
 ce production program (2011). Theatre career started with: Lighting Dire
 ctor Ballet Jorgen 2013-2015, Production Electrician “A Buddy Holly St
 ory” Drayton Entertainment (2016). Matthew has been the lighting desig
 ner and programmer for many years on corporate events, concerts, galas a
 nd more including “trackside country music festival” Canada Day, Lon
 don, ON (2016-2018), PRG, Production Electrician, and “NBA on TNT road
 show” (2018-2019). Matthew is a member of Iatse local 873 as a lightin
 g programmer most recently working on Star Trek Strange New Worlds seaso
 n 3. Matthew continues to expand his designing and programming skills on
  many live events and through his company, Mr Light Solutions where he h
 as established himself as a rental house for lighting control and networ
 king equipment in an ever-changing technological landscape. To find out

 ance lighting designer, technical director, and lighting programmer with
  a passion for creating dynamic and immersive visual experiences. With t
 en years of experience in live events, theater, concerts, and corporate 
 productions, Jason brings technical expertise and creativity to every pr
 oject. Whether designing lighting for a dramatic stage production, progr
 amming intricate lighting sequences for concerts, or managing complex te
 chnical setups for corporate events, Jason thrives on the challenge of b
 lending artistry with technology. Always eager to collaborate and push c
 reative boundaries, Jason is known for delivering high-quality results a
 nd  providing creative solutions to the ever arising challenges live e
 vents present.\n\nJacquie Lazar\n\nJacquie brings over 20 years of profe
 ssional experience working in the theatre and live entertainment industr
 y. Her career path has included numerous appointments including Front of
  House Manager, Head Electrician, Assistant Technical Director, Technica
 l Director, Production Manager, and Theatre Manager. Jacquie currently s
 erves as the Chair of the Board for Shadowpath Theatre Productions, a no
 t-for-profit theatre company based out of York Region (Ontario), whose m
 andate is to transform everyday spaces into creative places for suburban
  audiences. She is currently the Executive Director for the Canadian Ins
 titute for Theatre Technology / Institut canadien des technologies scén
