 nAs part of the Pre-Conference Workshops being offered at this year's 34
 th edition of the CITT/ICTS Rendez-Vous Annual Conference & Tradeshow in
  Saskatoon, GerrAudio will be hosting a 2-day Smaart Operator: Fundament
 als training session.\n\nThe 2-day Smaart Operator: Fundamentals class
  will cover the fundamentals of setting up and configuring a Smaart meas
 urement rig and using Smaart v9 to make RTA, Spectrograph, Transfer Func
 tion and Impulse Response measurements.\n\nThis course begins with an ov
 erview of general system measurement theory as well as the operational c
 ontext in which Smaart is used, namely in Sound System Engineering and A
 lignment. This course focuses on providing the attendee with a functiona
 l knowledge of how Smaart operates as a tool, and then expands into the 
 application of that tool in sound system engineering.\n\nAttendees can e
 xpect an immersive hands-on experience showing Smaart v9 being used thro
 ugh various exercises designed to emulate real-world alignment and optim
 ization tasks.\n\nAttendees will need a computer for both days.\n\nClass
  structure will be a mix of theory and practical application.\n\n-- Dail
 y Schedule --\n\nThe course will run from 8AM - 3:30PM (CST) daily. Ther
 e will be a brief morning break and a boxed lunch will be provided.\n\n-
 - Before you arrive --\n\nThe measurement signals used in the class will
  be distributed using a Dante audio network. Class attendees must bring 
 a laptop computer with both the latest version of Smaart v9 measurement 
 software and Dante Virtual Soundcard (DVS) installed. A 30-day demo vers
