DESCRIPTION:-- The 2024 Annual General Meeting is the occasion to meet wi
 th the Board and organization members. --\n\nThe CITT/ICT Board of Dir
 ectors will present the 2024 financial statements and the Regional Se
 ction Reports, introduce the elected board members and discuss the futu
 re of the organization.\n\nOnly members in good-standing, including theÂ
  designated voting delegate of all corporation members, are entitled to

 inutes\n\nPLENARY\n\nJoin CITT/ICTS for an in-depth and engaging discuss
 ion. This year’s topic is Future Directions: Innovating Engagement at 
 CITT/ICTS and will be led by Andrea Lundy, CITT/ICTS Secretary. The ple
 nary will be held about 15 minutes after the AGM, in the same room. \n\
 nOpen to all conference attendees and CITT/ICTS members as well as inte
 rested future members. This is an in-person event only.\n\nIf you are un
 able to attend the Plenary in person we invite you to read through the 
 Plenary Description and send in your feedback via this contact form. Co
 nference attendees are invited to submit comments and ideas on-site via 
 the following methods:\n\n→ Via the conference app: To submit comments

 hedule. Once on the Plenary page, scroll down to the Feedback icon and c
