CITT Alberta Section 2018 Annual General Meeting
6:00 PM, May 14, 2018
Location: Fringe Theatre Adventures in Edmonton 
Located just inside the ATB Financial Arts Barns Building at 10330 84 Ave NW.
Please enter through the front lobby doors (west side, facing 84 Ave) and proceed to the boardroom. Just look for the large CITT Banner.
The CITT Alberta Section Annual General Meeting will be happening next month on Monday, May 14 at Fringe Theatre Adventures in Edmonton. A pizza dinner will be supplied for those who RSVP starting at 5:30pm and the meeting will follow promptly at 6pm.All CITT/ICTS members in good standing are encouraged to attend. To ensure enough food for everyone, it is requested that you please RSVP for the pizza portion of the evening. If you prefer you may join at 6pm for the start of our AGM.
The CITT Alberta Section is run entirely by volunteers that actively promote the professional development of its members and works for the betterment of the Canadian live performance community. If you are interested in donating a small amount of time each month to help in this mission, you can have a role in shaping this organization. Please contact alberta@citt.org for details on the positions that are up for election this year.
There will also be live streaming video of the AGM available for anyone who would like to participate but is unable to attend in person. Please email alberta@citt.org for details. Due to the technical requirements please RSVP for the remote video option by Friday, May 4.
If you would like to designate another member with a proxy vote for yourself or your organization please advise the section in advance.
A meet and greet/social hour across the street from the Fringe at the Next Act is planned at the conclusion of the meeting. This is a great way to meet your new board and other CITT/ICTS members in an informal setting.
