Everyone is welcome to join us on Oct 4^th @ 7pm for an open house to talk about the installation of ETC GDS LED Houselights in Kitchener’s Centre in the Square.

This retrofit lighting upgrade was a combined project with The Centre in the Square, ETC and Horizon Solutions (London, ON).  The majority of the installation was completed by the Local IATSE crew with Horizon Solutions taking on all commissioning and system programming.

This system is the largest GDS installation in Ontario with 275 LED fixtures lighting the theatre audience and the concert ceiling panels.  Meeting and exceeding the KW Symphony’s lighting requirements was achieved with a combination of eight and four cell fixtures.

There will be an explanation of the system design and installation as well as demonstration of the system.
